Post a listing

• All listings or all information you provide to B classiads24.com must be legal in India as well in any other country that the user wishes to transact with. Try to describe your posting as accurately as possible. Misrepresentation of your posting through description, images, functionality and price will be viewed as fraud.
• In general, non-completion of a sale for reasons other than those outlined above will be viewed as seller fraud and will be dealt with accordingly.

Fee and services

classiads24.com does not charge any fee for browsing or replying. We may introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the site.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Listing Fees for your Premium ad are NOT refundable and not cancelled, except in the instance of deletion of the ad by classiads24.com at the time of review due to violation of Listing Policy/ Terms of Use or miscategorization of the ad. If your transaction is eligible for a refund as per our refund policy we will complete the process within 7 working days.

If any case you didn’t get the refund within the given period just contact  on “refund@classiads24.com” with your transaction details

Interference

classiads24.com and you are independent contractors and this agreement or the use of classiads24.com services does not imply any partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisee-franchise relationship.

Indemnity

The user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold classiads24.com and all its affiliates harmless from all claims and expenses including attorney’s fees, arising out of the use of classiads24.com by the user.
